Primary Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a degree in another field with relevant information technology experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in written and verbal formats
• Understanding of functional issues in one or more industries
• Ability to participate in and lead diverse teams effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Use of popular relational databases including: MS Access, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and Informix
• Ability to design/utilize technical architectures such as J2EE and .Net
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with object-oriented principles and tools
• Experience with internet development
• Project/time management skills
