Biographies
Haitham Salawdeh, who co-founded Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS) in 1997, currently serves as President for CTS. While his role with CTS is critical, he also continues to serve as a sought after consultant and is actively involved with many client projects.
Haitham has successfully overseen and implemented many major projects for the financial services, investments services, healthcare and leasing industries. While he continues to maintain very deep technical skills in BI, Datawarehousing, Web and Client/Server technologies, Haitham also has functional focus. He sees technology as nothing more than a tool. He gets excited about technology but ultimately he will always ask, "How will this specific technology help solve my business problem?"
Haitham graduated in 1990 from Bonn University, Germany, with a "Vor-diplom" (B.S.) in Math and Theoretical Computer Science. In 1994, he earned a B.S. in Computer Science from UW-Madison, and in 2003 he received his M.S. in Computer Science from UW-Milwaukee. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
Ian Fox is a Vice President and Partner at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this leadership role, Ian is responsible for participating in corporate strategy development, recruiting and providing mentorship to other CTS consultants.
Ian has 10 years of experience in software development. His specialty is Microsoft based technologies in the financial services industry with particular focus on CRM applications. Fox's clients have described him as "the icing on the cake" because his technical expertise is top-notch, and his outgoing personality adds fun to all of the teams he works with.
Prior to joining, CTS Ian worked as software engineer at Strong Capital Management and as senior software engineer at SPSS, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration -- Management Information Systems degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
Aaron Martin is a Partner at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, he is part of the core team actively managing the day-to-day operations of CTS. In addition, he continues to participate in project management, software development, providing mentorship and input into the internal recruiting processes.
Aaron has over 7 years of experience in IT. His primary focus at CTS has been on working with the Financial Services industry, however, he comes from a rich background of expertise in a variety of industries. His clients often compliment Aaron on his ability to pick up new tools quickly and the fact that he is in general, a pleasure to work with.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration -- Management Information Systems/Finance from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He resides in Germantown with his family.
Jordan Ward is a Senior Consultant at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this role, he will be responsible for working in partnership with clients to help them realize their IT visions through all aspects of the software development life cycle. He will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers as well as collaborating with other CTS consultants to promote the CTS brand.
Prior to joining CTS, Jordan served as a senior software engineer for Quad/Graphics, where he worked with Microsoft technologies, and was also responsible for new .NET architecture as well as strategic planning for logistics software systems.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems from UW- Whitewater. He is on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee chapter of the Variety Club. Jordan resides in Waukesha with his family and enjoys playing soccer, guitar, and working on cars.
Cory Larson is a Consultant for Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, he is responsible for software engineering, working with CTS clients to maintain a connection between IT and business process users, and to ensure a project's successful completion.
Cory has over 5 years of technology experience including serving as a consultant for Financial Services Firms and within Supply Chain Management. In addition to development, Cory has also been able to put his graphic design skills to use internally and hopes to be able to contribute these skills on client projects in the future.
Personally, Cory enjoys photography and participates annually in the MaccFund's Trek 100 Fundraising event. He also stays active by participating regularly in ultimate frisbee and bowling.
Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Sakina Fakhruddin is a consultant for Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, she is responsible for delivering quality software solutions, exceeding clients’ expectations as well as maintaining communication with clients.
Sakina has over 2 years of technology experience including serving as a software engineer at IBM. Not only does she have vast technical skills which shine through the projects she works on, but she also is extremely personable. She is a quick learner which helps her tackle a vast array of projects.
Sakina graduated from Pune University in 2006 with a B.E. in Computer Science. She recently graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a M.S. in Computer Science.
Paula Neumann is an Office Manager at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). She is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of our office, including accounts receivable/payable, human resources, benefit administration, and general facility management.
Paula has a rich background in business operation. She ran her own business for many years and also worked in Business to Business sales for several more years. She brings tactical business know-how and a "mothering" quality to our team. Not only does she handle the finances for our two global offices but she also makes sure we have the right snacks on hand! She is truly the glue that holds CTS together.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She resides in Richfield with her husband.
Shannon Fox is a Recruiter at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies in order to attract and select the most talented candidates who will fit well at CTS.
Shannon has over seven years of experience working in human resources functions including full life cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS system maintenance and reporting. She has also held positions in marketing and office management.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Alverno College. She resides in Milwaukee with her family.
