Shannon Fox is a Recruiter at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies in order to attract and select the most talented candidates who will fit well at CTS.

Shannon has over seven years of experience working in human resources functions including full life cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS system maintenance and reporting. She has also held positions in marketing and office management.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Alverno College. She resides in Milwaukee with her family.

Jordan Ward is a Senior Consultant at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS).  In this role, he will be responsible for working in partnership with clients to help them realize their IT visions through all aspects of the software development life cycle.  He will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers as well as collaborating with other CTS consultants to promote the CTS brand.

Prior to joining CTS, Jordan served as a senior software engineer for Quad/Graphics, where he worked with Microsoft technologies, and was also responsible for new .NET architecture as well as strategic planning for logistics software systems.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems from UW- Whitewater.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee chapter of the Variety Club.  Jordan resides in Waukesha with his family and enjoys playing soccer, guitar, and working on cars.

Sakina Fakhruddin is a Consultant for Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). In this position, she is responsible for delivering high quality software solutions and collaborating with CTS clients to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. In addition, she works with CTS interns, exhibiting good leadership skills.

Sakina has over 5 years of technology experience including consulting at a financial services firm. Prior to joining CTS, Sakina served as a Software Engineer at IBM Software Labs. Her vast array of skills shine through the projects she works on.

Sakina holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from University of Pune, and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She lives in Milwaukee with her family.
